Zhang Xin is renowned for her limitless imagination and love of both building and art. She has received several important international accolades for her work as an inventive businesswoman and a sponsor of some of China's most avant-garde architecture. She is in charge of conceptualizing SOHO China's development projects. Ms.
Zhang, who was born in Beijing in 1965, relocated to Hong Kong at the age of 14. Later, she traveled to England to attend the University of Sussex to study economics. She received a Master's in Development Economics from Cambridge University in 1992.
