He started working with GA in 2010, and he now sits on the boards of Vox Media Flipp and OneCountry. He also works closely with the company's investments in Red Ventures Garena and Tory Burch. Zack worked as an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions and restructuring consulting areas at Greenhill & Co. before joining GA. Since July 2010, Kaplan has invested with growth-stage industry leader General Atlantic. He serves on the boards of both Gilt Groupe, which attained its own billion-dollar value but was allegedly in talks to be purchased for a quarter of that in December and Vox Media, which raised $200 million at a valuation of roughly $1 billion in August 2015.
