The Director of the Global Marketing Planning Center of Panasonic, originally Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., is Yuzaburo Ueda. In 2011, he founded the center for global marketing planning. Ueda is in charge of product planning for all household appliances manufactured by Panasonic, including digital, home, and beauty/personal care goods.
Additionally, he is aiming to create a network of global lifestyle researchers and human resources for the function of global product planning. His most recent project was the creation and launch of the J Concept product line. In 1982, Ueda began working at Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. He was initially in charge of Japanese market marketing for cleaning-related products.
