Yoram is the general manager of the Microsoft Israel R&D center, in charge of the new core R&D initiatives at the R&D facilities in Haifa and Tel Aviv, as well as collaborations with the local VC scene and academic institutions. Yoram is on the Israeli Advanced Technology Forum's board of directors (IATI). Yoram established the MNC Forum in 2010, a gathering place for the heads of all the multinational R&D centers in Israel, which numbers close to 50 businesses. Additionally, Yoram founded the Small Steps organization and is a member of the BTI core team.
