Rapper and composer Nicholas Simmons, better known by his stage name YBN Nahmir, is from the United States. Rubbin Off the Paint, which reached at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 list, and Bounce Out With That, which peaked at number one on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Hits chart, are two of his best-known singles.
In 2014, Simmons established the YBN Collective in Birmingham, Alabama. YBN Jay and YBN Cordae, two artists, are a part of the group. Simmons, who is originally from Alabama but now calls Los Angeles home, dropped out of high school as a result of the rise in popularity of his music but still intends to complete his diploma online.
