Prior to getting admitted into USC's School of Cinematic Arts for TV & Film Production, Xavier Burgin attended The University of Alabama. He developed his creative approach there and fell in love with writing and directing.
The filmography of Xavier has been approved by Troy International Film Festival, American Black Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival, San Diego Black Film Festival, and HBO Short Film Competition. He placed first at the International 3D Society's film competition and was a finalist in the UCFTI Expo Stage 32 film competition.
