Winston Kelley is the NASCAR Hall of Fame's executive director in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Kelley spent more than 27 years with Duke Power and Duke Energy, serving in a variety of managerial and executive capacities, most recently as vice president of economic and business development and vice president of government and business relations for Duke Energy Carolinas, before joining the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2006.
