William Browder is co-founder and CEO of Hermitage Capital Management and author of Red Notice: A True Story of High Finance Murder and One Mans Fight for Justice. The best-seller recounts his experience as the largest foreign investor in Russia until the Russian government declared him a national security threat for exposing corruption at large Russian companies.
Its also the story of his ongoing fight for justice for his lawyer Sergei Magnitsky who died in a Russian prison and his global campaign to expose Russias corruption and human rights abuses particularly through legislation in the United States and European Union. Browder was previously a vice president at Salomon Brothers.
