Will Young is an English singer-songwriter and actor who rose to notoriety after winning the first season of the British music competition Pop Idol in 2002, giving him the franchise's first champion. Anything Is Possible, his debut single, was released two weeks after the program ended and went on to become the fastest-selling debut record in the UK.
Young also placed sixth in World Idol for his performance of Light My Fire.
