Will is an additional donor to Planet Labs Inc. He is responsible for establishing the vision and designing the organizational structure of Planet Labs. Will also fuels advancements in cutting-edge science and technology. Prior to joining Planet, Labs Will worked as a scientist for NASA/USRA, where he helped to organize the NASA Ames Research Center's Small Spacecraft Office.
He worked on a few missions, including PhoneSat as a Co-Principal Investigator, the Science Team for the LCROSS lunar impactor mission, and the strategic lunar orbiter as a System Engineer. He served as the specialized lead on projects to clean up flotsam and jetsam in orbit.
