Senior planner Wendy Levy works at Tomorrow Partners. Her areas of interest include global project expansion in the charitable sector, increasing computerized innovations in film and video, and open media advancement. Wendy served as BAVC's former Creative Director, working on projects including the Producers Institute for New Media Technologies. The Mediamaker Fellows Program, The Stream, and The Impact Dashboard are three open media initiatives that are focused on multiplatform story innovation and human rights. The MacArthur Foundation Award for Creative and Effective Institutions was given to BAVC during her residency. Wendy was the Festival Director at Film Arts Foundation before joining BAVC. She is also an experienced film producer, and her short films have premiered at Sundance and other events across the world, as well as being broadcast on PBS and the Sundance Channel.
