Wallace, James Langham II is a well-known American performer. He now plays David Hodges in the American crime show TV program CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Previously charged as Wally Ward Langham began his career in John Hughes' Weird Science, as well as The Invisible Kid and the ABC Afterschool Special Just a Regular Kid: An AIDS Story, but eventually moved on to roles as a young dogmatist in Soul Man and as a packing head in The Chocolate War. He appeared in Eddie Murphy's spoof Daddy Day Care and worked on the parody Little Miss Sunshine. Langham's most recent film performance was in the critically acclaimed The Social Network. Langham discarded the Ward alias in the 1990s as he transitioned to more mature assignments, including a recurring role in the well-publicized but brief CBS series WIOU. His breakthrough came when he was cast as Phil, the suspicious staff writer for untrustworthy anchorperson Larry Sanders in HBO's sitcom The Larry Sanders Show. Langham subsequently landed a role as Kirstie Alley's homosexual lover Josh on NBC's Veronica's Closet. He made an appearance on the Joan Cusack sitcom What About Joan? at the time.
