Vinesh Johny is a Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts India donor and Executive Pastry Chef. After graduating from culinary school, he went on to work in various capacities for The Oberoi Group of Hotels and Starwood Hotels and Resorts until discovering his passion as an instructor.
