Vikas Khanna is an Indian-American Michelin-starred celebrity chef, restaurateur, and philanthropist. Born with clubfoot, a leg deformity that limited his mobility until the age of 15, he learned cooking from his grandmother in her traditional kitchen, sparking his passion. At 17, he launched Lawrence Gardens Banquets, later graduating from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration.

Relocating to New York at 29, Khanna overcame homelessness to earn a Michelin star for Junoon (2011), hailed by The New York Times. He has hosted "MasterChef India" since 2011 and judged on "MasterChef Australia." Author of over 40 books, including the 1,200-page "Utsav", the world's most expensive cookbook, gifted to Obama, Pope Francis, and Queen Elizabeth II.
