a Portland, Maine native Victoria Rowell spent her whole youth being raised in a daycare center. When she was eight years old, she received a full scholarship from the Ford Foundation to study at the Cambridge School of Ballet in Massachusetts. She flourished there as a budding artist and developed into a member of the American Ballet Theater family.
She further took part in a vocational program run by the Julliard School of Music and Dance. In her late 20s, Rowell transitioned from regular work to acting.
