Since 2014, when she founded The Woods, her first bar alongside her more experienced sister Juliette, Victoria Chow has been creating some of Hong Kong's most inventive mixed cocktails.
Chow expanded her projects in 2017 to include KWOON, a canned mixed drink brand, and The Woods Annex, a private bar with eight seats where she may continue to experiment and impart knowledge, taking into account the city's current vibrant art mixed drink development.
