Victor Ai has overseen 50 investment projects totaling more than USD 7.3 billion (RMB 100 billion) in both RMB and USD denominated funds. He has more than 10 years of expertise in investment banking and private equity investing. Ai holds the role of managing partner and is a founder member of the Everbright-IDG Industrial Fund and Everbright-Zhongying Capital.
Additionally, he participates in two TMT-focused PE funds run by CITIC Securities and HUATAI Securities' investment committees. He was once a key creator of EBA Investments, the biggest Chinese real estate fund, which oversaw RMB 100 billion (USD 14.5 billion) in assets. He had previously worked for J.P. Morgan's investment banking branch in New York and Hong Kong.
