Dr. Van Jackson is an international affairs fellow with the Council on Foreign Relations and a visiting fellow at the Center for a New American Security who focuses on the intersection of Asian security innovation and practice. Additionally, he is a visiting scholar with the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service's Asian Studies Program. Dr.
