Valerie Cruz is a Cuban-American actress who was born on July 18, 1976, in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Valerie's family is from Cuba. She attended Florida State University and graduated with a BFA in drama. She did date Robbie Williams at one time. She has appeared in films including Cellular and Nip/Tuck, where she played Grace Santiago.
She had a major role in Nip/Tuck but departed the series soon after the first season ended. She has appeared in several settings, such as Gray's Anatomy and Las Vegas. She also appeared in the 2007 adaptation of The Dresden Files on the SciFi Channel as extreme Chicago police analyst Connie Murphy, which is no longer airing.
