Along with appearing on Charmed and Angel, he also had a cameo role on The Pretender. Vanessa Marcil, a former co-star at General Hospital, and Christopher were briefly engaged. From 2002 until 2004, he was married to Eva Longoria, a former cast member of The Young and the Restless. Additionally, he dated Natalia Livingston, a co-star at General Hospital.
He and Livingston split up, according to a Soap Opera Weekly article from July 31, 2005. On occasion, he is given the name Tyler Baker. In Steven Spielberg's Into the West television miniseries from 2005, Christopher portrays Jacob Wheeler Jr., also known as Touch the Sky. He just launched a theatre company called the 68 cent crew.
