Around 1990, Buck began his career as a fitness model. She arrived at the ringside with the nWo along with a number of other fitness models. She quickly disbanded the nWo and briefly worked as a backstage interviewer. She then changed her name to Major Gunns and joined General Rection's Misfits In Action organization.
Tylene would enter the arena wearing camouflaged shorts and a little white t-shirt. After the bouts, she would take the shirt off to show a camouflaged bikini top. She spent some time on Team Canada with Lance Storm, but Storm forbade her from flaunting her figure as the Misfits did.
