Uganda is where Twesigye Jackson Kaguri was born and reared. He showed an insatiable thirst for knowledge, which propelled him to pursue education and eventually receive a degree from Makerere University in Kampala. To aid those who had their rights violated in Uganda, he co-founded the human rights group Human Rights Concerns.
