Michael Apted's film, which earned an International Documentary Association Award, presented the tales of the student leaders of the 1989 Tiananmen Square student movement for democracy.
A Kind of Childhood, a 2002 documentary, was also produced by her. It was directed by the Cannes Award-winning duo Catherine and Tareque Masud (The Clay Bird 2002). The video provides an interesting record of the young lives of a group of Bangladeshi working children over the course of six years.
