Trista earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Indiana University. She was accepted to the University of Miami in 1995 and earned her Master's degree with honors. Her love of dancing led to a successful tryout for the Miami Heat dancers in the NBA. She played on their team for two seasons despite working full-time at a hospital.
Trista, a physical therapist at Miami Children's Hospital, went from being a normal lady looking for love to being a superstar. On the hit reality show The Bachelor, she beat off a field of 23 other women for the adoration of one man, but she was ultimately unlucky in love.
