In July 2016, Tricia Griffith was elected to the Board of Directors and named President and Chief Executive Officer. In 1988, Tricia started working with Progressive as a claims agent. Since then, she has held several important leadership positions. Before being designated Chief Human Resources Officer in 2002, she served in a number of administrative positions in the Claims division.
She joined claims again in 2008, this time as group president in charge of all claim-related operations. Tricia graduated from the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business and holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University.
