American golfer Trey Mullinax competes professionally. At the University of Alabama, where he played golf for the collegiate team, he won two competitions. He became a professional in 2014, and since 2015, he has participated in the Web.com Tour. The 2016 Rex Hospital Open was where he won his first Web.com Tour competition.
In order to put himself one stroke back heading into the final round of the Valero Texas Open in April 2018, Mullinax recorded a course record 62 during the third round at TPC San Antonio. With a final round score of 69, he tied for second place and achieved his best-ever PGA Tour result.
