Trevor Linden is a former professional ice hockey player from Canada who is now the Vancouver Canucks' president of hockey operations and alternate governor. He played center and right-wing for four clubs in the National Hockey League: the Vancouver Canucks (in two stints), New York Islanders, Montreal Canadiens, and Washington Capitals.
Linden won consecutive Memorial Cup victories with the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League before joining the NHL in 1988. Linden was a member of the 1998 Canadian Olympic team and competed in the 1996 World Cup of Hockey, in addition to competing in two NHL All-Star Games.
