As a stand-up comedian, Morgan quickly achieved fame after making his debut at the renowned Apollo Theater in Harlem. He was immediately chosen to portray the Hustle Man, a minor role in Martin Lawrence's sitcom. From 1994 through 1996, Morgan frequently appeared on the program.
