Tracie Norfleet was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and has always been drawn to cuisine. She settled in Venice Beach after relocating to California for college and now works in advertising for RSA Films. Norfleet took time out from her busy life as an advertising executive to join the Novelli Academy.
She likes the notion that food is innate, so why not enjoy it? Chef Novelli influenced her much, and she found his wonderful culinary enthusiasm to be extremely contagious.
