Tori has worked in kitchens long enough to be able to create plans as she sleeps. She obtained her chef's license at Tante Marie's in San Francisco in 1985 and went on to become a culinary instructor and cookbook author. She has also edited a large number of cookbooks, including the James Beard Award-winning Williams-Sonoma Entertaining series.
There have been guest appearances on Oprah, the Ainsley Harriot Show, and Home Cooking with Amy Coleman on national television. She was Appetite for Adventure's host.
