Ira Thomas (Tommy) Greene (conceived April 6, 1967) is an American previous expert baseball pitcher who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Phillies from 1989 to 1995. He additionally played for the Houston Astros in 1997. He is at present a post-game studio examiner for the Philadelphia Phillies.

Greene played baseball at Whiteville High School in North Carolina where he was partners with Patrick Lennon and won a state title. As a sophomore, he had a 10-0 record and hit .350. As a senior, he hit .490, recorded a 0.07 procured run normal, and struck out 270 players in 124 innings.
