Mr. Wallace formerly held the position of CEO of Vector Solutions, a SaaS provider of services in the area of online training compliance. In 2016, the $40 billion private equity firm Providence Equity Partners bought Vector Solutions.
They founded The Waldec Group in 1990 and built it to seven sites, over 350 workers, and over $80 million in sales in Florida and Pennsylvania. They sold the business to Fortune 500 company Alco Standard Corp. in 1997 and joined Alco's IKON Technology Services Division.
