Tom Sturges is executive vice president and head of creative at Universal Music Publishing Group. In this role, he oversees the creative team, develops and partners with new talent partners, and develops marketing and exploitation programs that help the writers, artists, and producers signed to the UMPG family advance their careers.
He is the Clive Davis School of Recorded Music at New York University's inaugural executive-in-residence. For his work with inner-city public school students, which was captured in the acclaimed movie Witness To A Dream, Sturges has garnered 40 honors from civic and national leaders.
