Tom Rosamilia Biography

The senior Vice President of IBM Systems is Tom Rosamilia. He is in charge of IBM's storage, server, and software globally. Mr. Rosamilia is still in charge of IBM Systems and is presently situated in Beijing, China. Prior to this, Mr. Rosamilia managed IBM's semiconductor servers, storage, and system software businesses as Senior Vice President of IBM Systems and Technology Group and IBM Integrated Supply Chain. Mr. Rosamilia has worked at IBM for more than 30 years and has held a number of executive positions, including general manager of IBM WebSphere and general manager of System z and Power Systems. Mr. Rosamilia graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and economics. He graduated from Harvard Business School's IBM Strategic Leadership Forum in 2004. Mr. Rosamilia was selected as the governor of the People's Republic of China's Guangdong Province's economic advisor in November 2015.
