Todd began his career in private practice as a labor/employment and business attorney before moving on to become general counsel and head of HR for the (at the time) fifth-largest private residential real estate corporation in the United States. He was even requested to testify before the U.S.
Congress on the issues the real estate business is facing because of his peers' high regard for him. Most recently, he established Cadence Consulting, which aids businesses in creating strong workplace cultures and rethinking their HR plans, and held the position of Chief Culture Officer. Prior to that, Todd served as ExactTarget's executive vice president of administration.
