Under Todd's direction, Okta has developed into the top identity solution with several business clients. Todd served as the overall head of engineering at Salesforce.com from 2003 to 2009, where he helped expand the team from 15 to more than 250 people and the service's daily transaction volume from 2 million to more than 150 million, all while maintaining industry-leading performance and dependability. Force.com, the first platform-as-a-service solution in the market, and AppExchange, the first online marketplace for cloud computing apps, were created and released by Todd's team. Todd worked with PeopleSoft for over ten years in a variety of technical and leadership positions before joining Salesforce.com. Todd is presently a member of the Family House Board of Directors, a non-profit group that offers short-term lodging to families of very sick children undergoing care at the University of California San Francisco Children's Hospital. Todd frequently contributes to trade magazines including Forbes, Fast Company, and Fortune. He graduated from BYU with a BS in Business and from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with an MS in Computer Science.
