The song Possum Kingdom by the American rock group Toadies, from Fort Worth, Texas, is their most well-known work. Vaden Todd Lewis on vocals and guitar, Mark Reznicek on drums, Lisa Umbarger on bass, and Darrel Herbert on a guitar made comprised the band's original line-up. After Umbarger quit the group in 2001, it disintegrated in 1989.
In 2008, the group reassembled and issued the album No Deliverance. They re-released Feeler with Kirtland Records in 2010 after Interscope had rejected its initial release in 1997. The Lower Side of Uptown, the band's most recent album, was released in September 2017.
