She had many commercial appearances while still a teenager, and in 2003, she received her first television role on the FOX series Tru Calling, which starred Eliza Dushku. She wrote a song with the same title in 2004 while filming Steven Spielberg's TNT miniseries Into the West, which went on to become an underground smash.

Later, actor and producer Jennifer Podemski heard the song and asked Korey to sing it at the 2008 Aboriginal Achievement Awards. She performed at numerous places all around the Southwest that year.

The 2008 Toronto International Film Festival includes Korey's independent film Mothers & Daughters, which was directed by Carl Bessai (with whom she had previously collaborated on Unnatural & Accidental in 2006). The Lookout, starring Jeff Daniels and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and The Quality of Life are just a few of the movies produced by Tinseltown.

The science fiction films Avarice and Fishing Naked are among her most recent productions. She has appeared in television programs including Rabbit Fall, Da Vinci's Inquest, Godivas Intelligence, and The Guard.
