The data-driven technology platform Arabesque S-Ray®, which enables investors to more accurately measure company sustainability performance, is led by Dr. Tim Verheyden as its Head of Research. Tim is collaborating with the research team to create cutting-edge algorithms that gather non-financial data and combine it into sustainability signals that assist investors to make better risk-adjusted investing decisions.
His primary area of expertise is incorporating sustainability data into conventional quantitative financial models. Tim got a Ph.D. in Finance at KU Leuven prior to joining Arabesque in 2015. (Belgium). The same university also awarded him a BS and MS in Business Engineering.
