In 1990, Tim began his career in television by splitting his time between producing the BBC Two Food and Drink show for Bazal (now a division of Remarkable Television) and contributing to newscasts including Newsnight and BBC Westminster. Tim joined Endemol UK in 2002 as Creative Director before rising to the position of Chief Creative Officer in January 2005. In addition to serving on the International Board and the Creative Board of Endemol Group, he was named CEO in January 2008.
