Author, broadcaster, and cuisine expert Tim Hayward. He writes a column for the Financial Times, and his pieces have been featured in a number of online and print journals, including the FT Guardian Observer Food Monthly Delicious Olive Waitrose Food Illustrated Saveur, among others. Additionally, he frequently hosts the BBC Radio 4 programs The Kitchen Cabinet and The Food Programme.
He was named the Fortnum and Mason Food Writer of the Year for 2014, and he also received prizes for Best Food Broadcast and Best Food Magazine for the quarterly publication Fire & Knives, which he edited and produced. He is the Guild of Food Writers' 2015 Food Journalist of the Year.
