Tim Echols spent 15 years working for nonprofit organizations before being chosen to serve on the Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC) in the general election of November 2010. In his time as founder of TeenPact, Echols expanded the teenage mock-legislative program to 38 states. He still has a position on the board of directors.
Tim's campaign emphasized responsibility, sustainable energy, and consumer protection. Tim is also very interested in the PSC's transportation duties. He played a key role in convincing a Macon TV station to run an investigation on "rogue" moving companies that break the law and harm respectable enterprises.
