Tim Dunne is a professor of international relations and the executive dean of the faculty of humanities and social sciences at The University of Queensland (UQ). At the Asia Pacific Centre for the Responsibility to Protect, he also works as a senior researcher (AP R2P). He served as AP R2P's Director of Research from 2010 until 2014.
He held the positions of Professor of International Relations, Head of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Dean of the Social Sciences at the University of Exeter between 2003 and 2010 prior to his relocation to Queensland.
