Tiffani Ashley Bell is the Founder and Executive Director of The Human Utility a platform bringing people together from across the world to aid individuals in Detroit and Baltimore with their water bills. Tiffani is a Harvard Kennedy School of Government 2017 Technology & Democracy Fellow.
