Thomas Guskey is a graduate of the prestigious Measurement, Evaluation, and Statistical Analysis (MESA) Program at the University of Chicago.
Prior to joining the University of Kentucky, he worked for the Chicago Public Schools as Director of Research and Development and then as the inaugural Director of the Institution for the Improvement of Teaching and Learning, a national educational research center.
