Thomas Dybdahl is a singer-songwriter from Norway. In 2000, Dybdahl issued EP Bird, his debut single as a solo performer. His second EP, John Wayne, was released in 2001.
He gained recognition for his distinctive work on a national and even an international level after the publication of his debut album, That Great October Sound, in 2002, the first installment of his gold and platinum-selling October series. Since then, and particularly with the 2004 European release, Thomas Dybdahl's notoriety has substantially expanded.
