American psychedelic/garage rock band Night Beats was founded in Seattle, Washington, in 2009. The group members are Danny Lee Blackwell, who sings and plays guitar; Rajan Billingsley; James Traeger, who plays drums; and Jakob Bowden, who plays bass.
The band has played with acts including The Black Angels (a band) (in the U.K., Europe, and the U.S.) Roky Erickson incorporates aspects of early R&B, Texas psychedelic rock, English blues rock, folk, and soul.
