Trimble and his younger brother Aaron Hoskins (the band's sole surviving undergrad) were recruited with only two weeks to prepare by Hoskins (who had recently completed his master's in business). Chris Doody (who also holds a master's degree in business administration) had recently returned to Tennessee and joined the team.
