Thad is a founding partner at Flyover Capital after developing his business strategies in Fortune 500 and early-stage situations. Before Flyover, Thad served as the president and chief executive officer of Zave Networks, a tech firm that was backed by computers and acquired by Google. Before that, he worked for Sprint for eight years, managing several businesses at the dawn of portable information and remote discount services. In one of his formal roles, he oversaw Sprint's innovation program and contributed to the creation of Sprint Nextel Ventures. After living on both coasts before relocating to the Midwest, Thad is committed to fostering the region's early-stage innovation sector. As a result, he assisted in founding BlackOps Development, a prestigious organization for programming improvement, and he currently sits on the boards of several firms just starting. Thad left the University of Arizona after competing on the Wildcats' competitive NCAA tennis team. In addition, he received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
