American actor and former on-screen style icon Terry Farrell. She may be most known for her performances as Jadzia Dax and Becker as Regina Kostas in the television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She considered acting alongside Kate McGregor Stewart after a year and a half of performing, but only as a last resort.
Her first notable acting roles were as a model in the brief 1983 TV series Paper Dolls and a supporting role in Back to School with Rodney Dangerfield. She began thinking about acting with Stella Adler in the spring of 1989 and appeared in several visitor-starring roles in productions, including Quantum Leap and The Cosby Show.
